I had purchased 5 patches from them. The quality is substandard and more than double the cost prevailing in the market. There are quality products available elsewhere for literally half the price. They claim that if the customer is not satisfied with their products it is refundable. I have been trying to return their products since the past two months but they have failed to respond. I had sent them a mail too and WhatsApp messages. They are cheating the customers claiming to be Retired Army Officers managing the Company. I am a Retired Army Officer and take offence to people who are tarnishing the image of the Armed Forces. A total dubious Company.
