I returned my M Size jacket a week's before and not even a single confirmation, message has sent to me and this shows the customer centricity / importance. As a goodwill gesture a person should call from customer care / crm department etc.

Lot of improvements are required. Not only quality does matter for any brands while push notifications also helps lot for any online marketing / selling.

dissatisfied with return feedback and i've spent 2500 on the product and not even a singel message for this shipment etc has reached.

No ideae why i've rated one start. ALL THE BEST but you need lot of improvements.

Order number 7159, all patrches are irregular sizes as per the patch area, it's looks as ugly as it gets. Been trying to get support for over a month, clearly scammed for 3200. Zero customer service, no wonder these brands never rise even after a good theme. Such a shame!
