After placing the order, the WhatsApp update takes us to the Courier website which does not give correct/ current status. Then when I reached out to Military Marvels over e-mail there was no response to my multiple follow ups; further, the person managing WhatsApp is lazy and needs a lesson in using professional communication only. If you are going to sell Military articles then you definitely need to elevate your overall service and customer management. Currently, it is pathetic.

First of all I placed an order for the above product. A different product got delivered to me. Upon exchange I still have not received the product yet. Kindly process the same.
